Today, organizations everywhere are scrambling to solidify their top-line AI strategies. Whereas a year ago, AI decision making might have felt like an engineering and technology responsibility, today its vast implications on people, culture, and operational dynamics mean people leaders now have a significant role to play.

As AI changes the nature of work and how people are valued for their contributions, never before has it been so critical for people leaders to create effective development programs to help their teams stay ahead in the changing landscape.

In this session, long-time education executive Ahmed Haque will lead a discussion for leaders looking to define their organization's posture towards people development in the age of AI.
