A laser physicist by background, Sarah Diggs has devoted over 20 years of her career to designing and developing technical training programs for various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, lasers, aerospace, weatherization, and automotive manufacturing and operations. Sarah has worked with firms like San Francisco International Airport, Boeing, and KLA-Tencor to onboard, upskill, and reskill their workforces.

Training Specialist, Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, Recordkeeping & Technology Unit

Angie Kanak joined the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts in July 2023 after spending 20 years as a high school teacher and five years as a community college instructor. In those positions, she developed a passion for adult education, professional development, instructional design, and learning modalities. In addition to this role, Angie runs and operates a small photography business. She lives in Kankakee, Illinois with her two children, husband, and many pets.
