Lean L&D: Smarter Tools, Bigger Impact

Recorded October 23, 2024

What a time to be an L&D leader: the dizzying pace of technological change and a multigenerational workforce has demand spiking for quality development programs. And at the same time, companies are asking L&D teams to do more with less: static or shrinking budgets, leaner teams, lighter tech stacks.

In this 30-minute webinar, three learning leaders share their advice on building more efficient teams — and getting the most bang for the buck from the tools you use every day.

What you'll learn:

  • How to audit and maximize your current L&D tech stack and processes
  • When and how to consolidate your learning tools
  • How to forge partnerships across departments and find resources for multipurpose tools
